Model, storage & connectivity
An M4 Pro tops the range, and bigger storage tiers add real money. Cellular models price differently to WiFi-only — check Settings → General → About and quote the exact version.
Screen condition
The screen is most of an iPad's value. Cracks or deep scratches move the quote significantly — light micro-scratching from normal use is expected and fine. See our grading guide.
Battery health
Heavy-use iPads with weak batteries price lower. If your iPad shows battery health in Settings, tell us what it says — accurate descriptions mean the quote holds when it arrives.
Activation Lock & iCloud
Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My iPad before sending. An iPad still locked to an Apple ID can only be valued for parts — this is the single most common reason a quote changes.
Charger & cable
No charger? We deduct £35 for a replacement, or supply your own compatible one. We'll still buy your iPad either way.
Original box & accessories
Not essential, but the original box helps with safe shipping, and telling us what's included — box, Pencil, keyboard — in the quote form keeps the figure accurate first time.

Q.Which iPads do you buy?

Q.Do you buy the iPad mini, 10th gen, or older models?

Q.Does it matter if mine is Cellular?
Only to the price — Cellular models are usually worth a little more. Select the right version in the form (check Settings → General → About, or look for the SIM tray). If it's on a carrier plan, make sure it's paid off and unlocked first.
Q.What is Activation Lock and why does it matter?
It's the anti-theft link between your iPad and your Apple ID. Turn off Find My iPad and sign out of iCloud before sending — a locked iPad can only be valued for parts. Then erase it: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Erase All Content and Settings.
Q.I don't have the charger — is that a problem?
Not at all. Send it without and we deduct £35 for a replacement, or supply your own compatible charger. We'll still buy your iPad either way.
